Belfer Flash of Brooklyn, attorneys for the petitioning creditors of William F. Miller, and their counsel, Francis A. McClosky, also of Brooklyn, are confident that in the bankruptcy proceedings against Miller many of the mysteries of the Franklin Syndicate will be explained. They will have subpoenas issued to-morrow for every one who is thought to know anything of the Miller case. |
