Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll LLP has hired Jill Reynolds Seidman as of counsel. Seidman has represented real estate developers and other institutional clients, such as banks and major insurance companies, in all areas of commercial real estate. She focuses on real estate financing, workouts, acquisitions, development, and commercial and retail leasing. Seidman is returning to the firm from WilmerHale. She was an associate in Ballard’s real estate department from 1992 to 1995.
