David Landers is joining Credit Suisse First Boston as a director for external affairs and public policy in Washington, effective Dec. 1. Landers joins from MetLife Insurance Co., where he most recently served as assistant vice president for government and industry relations. He also spent four years as a senior associate at law firm of Williams & Jensen PC. Earlier, Landers was a staffer on Capitol Hill for six years in both the U.S. House and Senate.
