Jul. 16–The Nebraska Department of Banking and Finance Department has ordered a Canadian company to stop selling its Internet kiosk products to Nebraskans. A cease and desist order, which took effect June 5, was issued against VDO Road Digital Inc., a Montreal company that sells pay-per-use Internet terminals in the United States and Canada.
