A writ of habeas corpus will be served this morning on Sheriff Walton of Kings County ordering him to present William F. Miller before Referee Augustus J. Koehler at the United States District Courtroom, in Broklyn, to-morrow morning to give evidence in the bankruptcy proceedings brought by Belfer Flash of Brooklyn, attorneys for the creditors of the Franklin Syndicate.
