KUALA LUMPUR, Thurs. - Pas will not succeed in implementing its Syariah Criminal Law (Hudud and Qisas) in Terengganu even after the law is gazetted, Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Datuk Seri Dr Rais Yatim said today. This was because not only did the law violate the Federal Constitution, but Pas had not resolved practical issues. |
