Patty Johnson has been promoted from vice president to executive vice president at Ron Sonntag Public Relations, Milwaukee. She joined the firm in 1985 and will be responsible for budgeting, administrative operations, client relations, account supervision and strategic planning. Charleston/Orwig Inc., Hartland, has hired Ronda Rippchen as a summer public relations intern writer. She previously interned with the state Department of Agriculture, Trade & Consumer Protection. Tracy Leland and Marjorie Stoneman have joined Zeppos & Associates Inc., Milwaukee, as account executives. Leland had been an account executive with a Milwaukee ad/PR firm. Stoneman managed media and community relations for the United Way. ASSOCIATIONS The Wisconsin Innkeepers Association, Brookfield, has added three people to its professional staff: Kathy Ciskoski, design and events specialist; Carol Lemke, director of membership services; and Tony Anderson, communications specialist. Curtis Paulsen, a shareholder at Milwaukee law firm Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek S.C., has been elected to the board of directors of the Milwaukee Bar Association. He will serve a three-year term. The Construction Industry Manufacturers Association, Milwaukee, has named Arnold Huerta to the newly created post of Latin America marketing coordinator.
