TPI Saga: Court ruling tomorrow, Natoon

The Central Bankruptcy Court will tomorrow determine whether Thai Administrators Ltd will be appointed Thai Petrochemical Industry Plc’s (TPI) new administrator. The court yesterday oversaw a meeting in which creditors, representing 99.68-per-cent of the stricken conglomerate’s Bt91.88-billion debt, voted overwhelmingly in favour of Thai Administrators Ltd (TAL)’s appointment. The debtor immediately appealed against the vote.
