Alexander recently joined Vectra Bank Colorado as its president and chief executive officer. His banking experience spans more than 20 years in the Affiliated/Bank One Colorado organization. There he held a variety of posts, among these as president of two Bank One banks in Boulder, ultimately leading to his assuming responsibility for the management of Bank One Colorado’s Western Region Real Estate Lending Division. He left banking for a year to head up the Denver Urban Renewal Authority. Alexander was chairmen of the Colorado Association of Commerce and Industry in 1997 and has served with the Greater Denver Chamber of Commerce, the Boulder Chamber and the Boulder Economic Development Council. TODGER ANDERSON PRESIDENT DIRECTOR OF PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT DENVER INVESTMENT ADVISORS LLC Anderson and Denver Investment Advisors Chairman Kenneth Penland led a management buyout of the company from First Interstate Bank in 1995, creating a no-load family of mutual funds under the Westcore Funds name. Anderson has been with what is now DIA since 1975. For two years prior to that, he was a securities analyst with United Bank of Denver and from 1968 to 1973 was a personal trust portfolio manager with Manufacturer’s National Bank. The Michigan native holds a bachelor’s degree from Colby College in Maine and an MBA from the University of Denver. MATTHEW AUTTERSON PRESIDENT RESOURCES TRUST CO. Autterson oversees Resource Trust Co., the largest trust company in the country with $19 billion in trust assets following an acquisition last year. The Denver company specializes in custody and administration of self-directed retirement plans. Autterson was one of the founders of the company in 1982 and has been president since 1986. Autterson, 42, graduated from Michigan State University in 1979 and is married with four children. |
